Dear Stef:
I am a 23-year-old woman... I have struggled with depression my entire life and have had many failures as a result of my bad habits. I lack motivation and direction and have persistent feelings of self-doubt and self-hatred. I have already dropped out of college once and I am struggling to keep up with my school work, I’ve never had a real job and don’t think I could maintain one, and I have problems forming romantic relationships.
