Great questions, thanks so much!

Hey Stef why do you eat during shows. It is quite triggering for some people. It is not a violation of UPB, but it is not APA.

For young women these days, why isn’t motherhood as cool as shaking your ass in leggings on Instagram at the gym?

I have a question, feel free to ignore it if it doesn't make sense or isn't interesting enough.

I am a freelancer for a small business I run. I have short spurts where I work a lot and then almost none back and forth.
In my downtime when I am relaxing, because I busted my butt the week prior, I feel a small amount of anxiety/depression because my parents would always use me for free labor and didn't like the idea of having a relaxed childhood. They are the kind of parents that wake their kids (me/siblings) up at 8am/7am on a Saturday after 5 days of forced school to force them to do gardening for them and take away any free time we wanted to spend on ourselves.

I feel like I should be in "go" mode 99% of the time. I am 100% sure my parents programmed this into me and I want to break this programming. Any thoughts/advice?

Thank you for everything you do. You have helped save many lives including mine.

Stefan, I've done a thorough analysis of all the problems I ignored from my last relationship (I'm the guy from the last show whose engagement fell through). Despite knowing where I went wrong, I find the idea of dating bothersome now. What could be causing this feeling? I sunk 2 and a half years into my last relationship, could it be a fear of wasting time? I just turned 29 and I'm having this impending sense of "time running out" so to speak.

I've been thinking about the effects of abortion on society. How it changes the decisions women would make otherwise. Sex outside of marriage would be made very risky again. Do you think if abortion were illegal, society would return to something like pre 1970s? What would the modern world look like if abortion was not possible? What other social problems stem from abortion? Or does it make society better? I've heard many make the argument that abortion actually reduces crime.

I sometimes feel like I am wasting time, have you ever felt like that and have any tips to overcome that feeling?
