I want to give an update as I’m doing the best I have been in years
[NAME] is out of my life for good (the guy I spoke to you about). I have an amazing therapist and I’m finally showing compassion for myself and taking things slow! I’ve started going to the gym and losing weight and gaining muscle too! But most importantly I’m learning to find peace within myself
