Philosophy Is Very Powerful

Stefan,
I wanted to let you know that the recurring dream has completely ceased since we had our conversation.
Since the call, I've had success in becoming physically fit. I've lost 20lbs and gained a decent amount of muscle mass. This has lead to no anxiety about my day-to-day interactions and the "what-ifs" regarding dealing with potential threats.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. Besides squashing that dream, these changes will lead to me living a healthier, higher quality life.
