Fat loss tips, everyone?
- be hungry going to sleep and upon waking up = thin mentality
I have other tips, but thats the biggest one for me.
Probably the second biggest tip is ‘don't restrict foods’.
Ill alternate between moderate fat/high protein and moderate carbs/protein.
Fast most of the time and have a protein shake when Im hungry if im still hungry after several glasses of a calorie-free beverage.
Switch between sandwiches and hamburg and average about 1900 calories a day.
Scheduled to lose a pound of fat a week minimally with this lifestyle, even without a gym membership or including calories burned from physical activity.
It’s true though, the biggest predictor of keeping the weight off is simply being busy. The busier i am the less I think about food— especially if im chatting with people, thats one of my favorite times to not be eating :) if theyre philosophically inclined.
