Typos corrected (sorry about that!)
I want to know what all you single hobby guys do to or if you even have people to confide in (no offense). Are men supposed to give up expecting to have another human body to confide in that isnt a paid therapist after a certain age? All the contacts ive made from work, activism, social engagements, they don't return my calls or messages, nor do neighbors, unless they just want money.
Me, im disabled, learning to farm— its a below minimum wage job where the work is never endless, where i may end up. They have a lot of social activities and share meals together im just worried ill have to bite my tongue a lot and be all about cosmetic things and just being good at my job and will lose sight of having to be able to have a happy loving wife/family/friend or two. The only reason im taking this risk is because i feel people don't respect me. How am i supposed to introduce myself? I have a Mental Illness that leads me to sleeping a lot (due to meds)? So im hoping that my mind will relax if i just have a lot of hard physical labor to do and will come off meds and work just for the sake of working and learning, maybe one day ill have my own farm, ill be able to live and im sure some of the people on the farm will be nice, it’s just in the meantime, i usually end up paying women to text with them online and hear how lonely i am. I mean, like today, i tried dairy raw milk for the first time and i had no one to call to simply explain my excitement too to see how/what my body will respond to it and my goals of slowly moving out of city-boy mentality are slowly paying off. Are men to be expected as other men after about age 20 to just not have friends you can confide in or am i just in the wrong circles?
Thats sort of what im getting at… sorry if i sound like a broken record, i know theres a widespread lonliness epidemic, i just have so much to offer and i don't see where to find meaningful friends anymore. My best childhood memories are 3-5 hour phone conversations with HS ‘friends’ just roasting about life nonstop… i have it in me to do that now for maybe an hour or two and i have no one to call to do that with… theyd rather go to bars (don't like the crowd), or walk a trail with their dogs with people they already known for ages.
Any feedback helps even if it’s obvious, maybe im missing something clear as day and all the better if it’s something realistic i can reach for.
Btw:
I read the paper so i have a few things to talk about
Follow X news
Some local news
Had some serious liking for Bruce Lee and Brett Favre as a kid so any sports guy usually feels relaxed around me and have a lot of easy conversations mentioning those things.
I saw a trump flag and the character of these people at this farm today and im like… theyre my people… its just theyre so divided from where im at.
I don't know if this nonprofit farm will be a good place for me or not im holding out for it, because theyre more humane than a generic corporation that feeds you to DEI needlessness and HR nonsense.
Ik stefs answer is to just move out… im looking and what do i do until i find a place?
I am legitimately curious.
I am putting my life on the line to raise cows for 500$ a month in a State ive never been, please don't call me lazy.
Im only average IQ im not good at tech, certain layers of the tech COMPTIA+ or whatever the cert is called baffle me no matter how hard i study it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
In this episode, I investigate the relationship between wealth and poverty through Kropotkin’s lens, questioning how the rich’s fortunes arise from the poor's conditions. I explore how childhood resource allocation experiences shape adult perceptions of wealth and reflect on familial roles mirroring societal class struggles.
The discussion critiques wage differentials and labor exploitation in capitalism, while emphasizing the meaningful contributions of all jobs. I argue that financial success arises from market demand rather than capitalist control, urging listeners to reconsider their beliefs about economic systems and the personal responsibility required for equity.

This lecture delves into the concept of wage slavery through Kropotkin's critiques of capitalism and socialism. It begins by framing wage labor as a coercive necessity, emphasizing the struggles of the proletariat against the elite capitalists who benefit from their labor. The speaker employs an analogy comparing a concert audience to the dynamics of capital and labor, questioning societal aspirations and opportunities.
Key themes include the challenges faced by successful artists, such as Queen, and the differing journeys of performers versus their audience, highlighting the importance of talent and resilience. The lecture critiques the educational system's failure to provide necessary skills for economic advancement and discusses the complexities of social mobility. Concluding with a call for deeper investigation into socio-economic disparities, the speaker urges a nuanced understanding of success beyond perceptions of exploitation.
