Not sure if anyone will find this useful, more relevant for those doing IFS therapy. I'd hoped to find an app that's good for mapping all parts however, i was not able to find one i could appreciate and use in the way my brain works so i reverted back to good old excel.
One of the main things i wanted to do was easily pinpoint and understand the relational dynamics of the parts or which parts conflict or ally most often with which because it felt overwhelming to try and figure this out mid "emotional/stressful situation".
If you have the skills to turn this into something more visual or app based (not tech savvy enough myself), i'm open to collaborating/being the guinea pig. This is the crude/starter template, my actual one which is more detailed is classified 🙂.
