This interview with Dr. Gabor Mate is great in terms of discussing addictions of various sorts and their roots, authenticity and grounding (a concept surfacing lately) - In addition to Stefan's work, Dr. Mate is well worth looking into if you have inner strife, are seeking authenticity or breaking free of cycles of the past.
Part way through this interview, I thought that an interview with Stef & Gabor would be incredible, since they both speak about many of the same topics in regard to childhood effects on one's life & how to address them, and subsequent relationships.

Is it okay to continue watching someone who makes anti-peaceful parenting comments? Last week Candace Owens made a comment about Zelensky needing an old fashioned spanking (going out to a tree and picking the branch to be used as a switch), and that we coddle toddlers nowadays. She also said she tells her 4 year old son that ‘Adults are speaking.’ bc he needs put in his place, or something to that effect. It made me question if I should keep supporting her with my clicks/views on her channel. I enjoy her commentary on most things, but this gave me pause. Am I being too sensitive about this?
